Shipping Damage

If the product(s) arrives at your door with apparent damage, please refuse to sign it and then contact us immediately.

If you have already accepted the parcel and found it was damaged, please contact us within 24 hours by email (cs@sivasqatar.com) after the parcel arrived.

Do not throw away any packing material.
